March 2020 Registration Fee Options and Additional Purchases Update

Hey Pistol Family!

As stated on this website, on the registration platform event description, and in your waiver when you registered, your registration fees are non-refundable, cannot be deferred, and are non-transferable. Good news though! We are doing our very best to take care of our Pistol family. Even though most of the event expenses have already been paid, we have worked very hard to give you as many good options as possible relative to your registration fee. You may choose one on your original registration platform. Here they are:

DONATION – I realize this whole event is a huge labor of love by the Pistol Team and also a non-profit charity fundraiser. I’m honored to donate 100% of my registration fee.

FALL 2020 ROLLOVER– Please give me a 75% rollover credit of my registration fee towards the fall 2020 Pistol party (hopefully October 10-11, pending approvals). I understand that I will need to register before registration closes for that event. I also understand that if the date selected does not work for me, I can ask the race management to roll my credit over again towards the  March 2021 event (date to be determined) before it expires at the registration deadline for 2020 fall event. I understand and accept that the 25% balance of my registration fee will not be refunded since significantly more than that has already been spent by the event for numerous non-recoverable costs on my behalf.

SPRING 2021 ROLLOVER– Please give me a 75% rollover credit of my registration fee towards the March 2021 Pistol party (date to be determined). I understand that I will need to register before registration closes for that event. I understand and accept that the 25% balance of my registration fee will not be refunded since significantly more than that has already been spent by the event for numerous non-recoverable costs on my behalf.

WITHDRAWAL CREDIT – Please give me a 25% cash refund of my registration fee (via PayPal or check – please allow 2-3 weeks). I understand this is in lieu of receiving swag and accept that the 75% balance of my registration fee will not be refunded since significantly more than that has already been spent by the event for numerous non-recoverable costs on my behalf.

NOTE: If you registered via UltraSignup, you should have receive an email from them on how to edit your current registration to reflect which option you have selected. Or you can simply log into your account and do it via the Edit option in your Registration history. If you registered via RunSignUp, simply log into your account and the postponement statement and options should appear relative to this event.

ADDITIONAL PURCHASES: If you ordered hoodies, we will be emailing you to arranging shipping. If you ordered workshop and/or meal tickets, we will be emailing you to arrange a refund via PayPal or check. Please be patient as it may take us 2-3 weeks. Thank you!
