VOLUNTEER
We love our Life Wide Open volunteers!
It takes an incredible number of volunteers to successfully host our events. Please encourage all your family, friends, and community to come. Everyone’s help is really needed. Even registered runners can volunteer and still participate. Without volunteers, these event would be impossible. So click on the links below and grab your favorite spot(s). We’d love for you and your family to fill multiple slots, if you can. There are several age appropriate opportunities for children ages 12-18 to volunteer too. This can be a great family experience. Just check the minimum age requirement for each position before signing them up. If you have a child under 12, they are permitted to accompany you at one of the age 12 and up positions (if indicated). You or another supervising parent/guardian that you provide must be with them at all times. Since they are not filling an actual volunteer slot, just note their name, their age, and shirt size in the “Comments” under your sign up. Remember to invite your friends too. The more the merrier! We need lots of help to support these “crazy” ultrarunners getting their run on. Please consider helping out in any way you can. Along with all the runners, we deeply appreciate your support!
